Nutritional knowledge and food intakes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On 30 January 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to be a Public Health Emergency and recognised it as a pandemic on 11 March 2020. Authorities worldwide have responded to this crisis, with, among others, curfews, and stay-at-home orders, which may have altered individuals’ food intakes.
The present study aims to investigate the nutritional knowledge and food intakes of genotyped and non-genotyped individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
